1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused
In original condition
In original packaging
You must also provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
2. Items Not Eligible for Returns
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or damaged items
Items without original packaging
Clearance or final-sale products
Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive items
Customized or personalized products

To start a return:

Photo/video (if item is damaged or defective)
If your return is approved, we will send you:

Return shipping address
⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you received:
A damaged item
A faulty product
The wrong item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Photos/videos of the issue
Order number
We will issue:
A replacement
OR
A full refund (your choice)
No return shipping fee is charged for defective or incorrect items.
5. Refund Approval
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items).
